About CEVI
Cañedo Equity Ventures Inc., or CEVI, is a fast growing conglomerate based in Minglanilla, Cebu that includes Frásec Ventures Corp., Celestial Meadows Developers, Paramount Property, 1Kon Philippines, Alami Food and Leisure, The Hive, and its most recent business venture in financing. A diversified group of companies, it is a fast growing stable of organizations into varied pursuits including mining, contracting, memorial parks development and management, housing construction, real estate sales and development, co-working space and financing.
Overseeing eight companies, CEVI ventures into new businesses that include property management, utilities development and management, and technical vocational training and education. It’s operations reach as far north as Bulacan, down to Davao Province and employs some 1,500 workers group wide.

Alami Food and Leisure Group is a lifestyle-based subsidiary focused on delivering premium hospitality, food services, and event operations. It is heavily driven by its flagship brand, Citrus Catering, which handles corporate and social catering across Cebu.
La Cresta Homes
La Cresta Homes is the specialized economic and socialized housing subsidiary of CEVI. It focuses on developing affordable, modern residential communities and integrated shop-houses for hardworking Filipino families down south in Carcar City.
Pacific Utilities & Resources Inc
Pacific Utilities & Resources Inc. is the specialized private utility infrastructure arm of the CEVI. It handles the management, distribution, and sustainable development of critical resource supplies (such as bulk water systems and localized utility lines) across the conglomerate’s master-planned real estate subdivisions and industrial properties.
Formobilt Engineering Excellences
Formobilt Engineering Excellences is the specialized in-house construction and general engineering contracting arm of CEVI. It handles land development, structural site engineering, and the technical execution of subdivision projects for the conglomerate’s real estate brands.
